Problems with logging in

I have forgotten my password

From the home page, enter your email address and click ‘Log in’. By clicking on ‘Forgot password’, you will be sent an email with a link to choose a new password.

I get the message "Please contact covidresultssupport@sundhed.dk" when I try to log in

You have tried to register a user account with the email address, but have not finished the activation process. Contact sundhed.dk for help - here

You can also try to create a new account with a different email address.

I did not receive an SMS when I tried to log in

If you do not have a Danish telephone number, make sure you have activated international roaming on your phone to receive the SMS.

If international roaming is active on your phone, and you still have not received an SMS when logging in, you will need to create a new account with a different email address and select ‘Authenticator app’ rather than ‘SMS’ as additional security - link here

I have a new telephone number so I cannot receive the code via SMS

You need to create a new user account on covidresults.dk with a new email address.
